Full-Time & Seasonal Wilderness Instructor Positions

Full-time instructors typically instruct up to 9 courses over an 18-month period while seasonal staff may instruct anywhere from 1 to 4 courses p/year. Keep reading for more info...

Full-Time Agreements

Full-time employment available to wilderness instructors can include a 6 or 9 course agreement with a great benefits package! Lead Instructors start between at $95 - $104 p/day with a 6% increase after every 3rd course. Assistant Instructors start between $80-$84 p/day.

Seasonal Agreements

Starting salary for Lead Instructors begins at $75 per day with a $5 increase every 2 courses. Assistant Instructors start at $63 per day with a $5 increase every 2 courses

4 Course Agreement

$1400 Bonus payable in two $700 increments for Lead Instructors
$1000 Bonus payable in two $500 increments for Assistant Instructors
